Book a free 30 minute discovery call- no pressure, no pitch. We’ll talk about where you are, what’s not working, and whether we’re a good fit. If we are, you choose your pace: a single power hour, 4 weeks, 3 months or 6 months of one on one support.

Each wellness plan I build is made for you- not a template, not a protocol you found on ChatGPT. After the discovery call, I create a wellness plan with meal plans. And after each call, I send action steps, links to order the exact supplements I recommend and clear next steps. No guesswork.

Once we have your wellness plan and any bloodwork you’ve had done, I encourage you to share it with your physician so they can adjust any prescriptions as your body heals. If getting off medications is a goal, I’ll help you have that conversation with your doctor confidently.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a consultation to determine your health goals. Then you decide how long you want to work with me! The client is always in the driver seat. We will make a list of the top 3 action steps to take and you will get a daily schedule so there’s no guesswork involved.

  • Pricing is based either on 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching. Group cleanses range from $99 to $300. And 1:1 coaching ranges from $399 - $1,500.

  • Consultations generally last 45 minutes. Health coaching 1:1 calls generally last an hour.
