Consultation

Let’s talk. You will need to fill out some paperwork so I can get the full picture of your body’s journey before you found me. It will ask for current meds, past surgeries, etc. After our consult, I will get back with you on a plan of action. You can book my packages according to which plan works best for you! I have consults for just supplements starting at $50. And 1:1 health coaching packages ranging from $220 - $620. Or you can join a group and do a group cleanse for $99. Endless possibilities here.

I Play Well With Others

I highly encourage clients to consult with their doctors after receiving the plan of action. I am not a doctor, so it’s not my responsibility to manage prescriptions. Your doctor will need to be notified so they can do that with you. I’m here to assist my clients in whatever health goals they have. If getting off of medications is a goal, then I’m happy to work with their doctor to make that happen.

Our bodies thrive when we fuel them with the energy of the sunshine: fruits and vegetables! Clean eating, eliminating gut irritants like gluten and dairy, adding more raw foods, etc. Cooking healthy meals, meal planning, grocery shopping can be fun. And mealtime can be something to look forward to! I also provide brands of alternative foods that my family uses and loves. Food is our medicine. Let me guide you into your new routine!

Get Outdoors. Walk, Stretch, Do Yoga, Hike, Let The Sun Shine On Your Face.

Getting outside daily was a major aspect of my healing journey. Walking daily (even for 20 mins) makes a huge difference in how you feel and it boosts your brain health, nervous system. The goal is to get your heart rate up for 30 mins, whether by walking, rebounding, or just stretching and walking in place. As humans, we need movement and we need to be outdoors. We are connected to this earth and being immersed in nature is essential to holistic healing.

Your thoughts, beliefs create the actions you take.

Negative self- talk can sabotage a new healthy eating routine instantly. As a holistic coach, I look at the whole picture of you: body, mind, soul. Your cells respond to every thought you have. And your cells are being regenerated/recreated all the time, so your thoughts can change the structure of those cells. Your beliefs and your intentions are a key part to visualizing the new reality you want to create. Your healed self requires you to change your thoughts, beliefs and then take action, consistently.
