Easy Fixes Don’t Exist.
Stop jumping on the fad diets, the fad pills & shots. Stop sacrificing your health on the altar of weight loss. Skinny does not equal healthy. I know so many women who are taking a diabetes drug for the sake of weight loss (they aren’t diabetic) and it just breaks my heart. Why? Because side effects of that drug are kidney failure, gallbladder problems, stomach paralysis, thyroid c-cell tumors, hypoglycemia, vomiting, etc.
To risk all of that just to lose weight and not even start a detox protocol… it seems crazy to me. Yet thousands are doing this.
A healthy lifestyle is so simple. Eat food grown from the ground, drink filtered water, move and stretch your body. Get fresh air and sunlight every day. We are born on earth with a loving connection to it and our personal energy increases the more time we spend outdoors. When you prepare your meals with food from the ground, you and your family benefit from the energy you put into those meals. It’s a cycle. And the earth always gives us what we need.
But to step out of the natural rhythm of life and to stay indoors, endlessly scrolling on tiktok or gaming and then rolling through the fast food line “because who has time to cook”, then attending all the events to stay busy and distracted from real healing… that is the unnatural cycle that leads to taking a diabetic drug for the sake of looking skinny.
Juice fasting is the best replacement for botox. Eating high carb, low fat, plant based whole foods is the best replacement for the pills and shots that help you lose weight. And when you decide to come off those meds, guess what, you have wrecked your health and still don’t have the guarantee of being skinny. But a lifestyle change, a returning to the natural cycle of life on this earth… that’s the only way to get lasting results. You cannot constantly feed your triggers with high sugar/high fat and it not show. Our bodies always tell us what’s up, we just have to slow down long enough to listen and then take the right action steps towards healing.
Our bodies deserve the time, effort and attention that healing requires. Don’t settle for big pharma. Return to love.
